Organize the Information

I just inherited two boxes of 1″ 3-ring binders, white, and they were free. What to do, I asked? Well, the answer came quite quickly.

My computer was cluttered with patterns and how-to articles that I had saved over the years. I printed them all out, deleted most of them from the computer, and started individual binders for each topic. I made binders for the following: Socks, Lace, Sweaters, Shawls, Home Items, Ponchos, Hats, Mittens, and Techniques. The binders have plastic covers in which to insert title pages and title down the edge. Those were easy to make on the computer.

What a great activity for a snowy day in NE Wisconsin, and now everything is at my fingertips. Besides, it appealed to my OCD.
